2025-2026 Charges for Core Wraparound Care, Afterschool Activity Clubs, School Meals and School Visits.
Wraparound sessions
Breakfast club sessions are open to pupils in nursery class - year 6. Open from 7.45am-8.45am, offering a range of cereals, toast and jams, milk and water. The session is charged at £4.50 per child, per day. Sessions must be booked via the school website and ParentPay accounts are to be credited in advance.
Core afterschool club sessions are open to pupils in nursery - year 6 from 3.30pm - 5.45pm.
Session 1, 3.30pm-4.30pm £4.50 per child
Session 2, 4.30pm-5.45pm £4.50 per child (snack provided)
Sessions 1 & 2, 3.30pm-5.45pm £9.00 per child/total cost
Afterschool activity clubs are run by our afterschool club staff and activity clubs are made available via the school website prior to each half term for parents to request a space. Confirmations are then sent home with children if a space is available (Some clubs may have limited spaces and parents will be made aware if so)
Activity clubs are charged at £4.50 per session. Should sessions be charged at a different rate then parents will be informed at the point of requesting.
School meal charges
Charges for school meals are as follows:
Nusery school meal £2.35 per day/£11.75 per week
Reception, Year 1 & 2 school meal Free (Universal free school meals apply to all children currently in Reception-Year 2)
KS2 Years 3, 4, 5, 6 school meal £3.00 per day/£15.00 per week
All meals are to be credited in advance at the start of the week via ParentPay

School trips and visits
School trips are calculated when neccessary depending on the nature of the visit. Some trips may require additional costs such as entry fee/coach fees and a voluntary contruibution may be requested to help with such costs. Should we ask for a volutary contribution, parents will be made aware and can contribute via ParnetPay should they wish to do so to help the school with costs.
Residential visits are calculated annually per visit and payment will be required via ParentPay in order for you child to attend. Payments will be set up earlier in the year to allow sufficient time for payments to be made.
Nursery
We have nursery provisions available for 3-4 years with free 15 & 30 hour places available. ( 30 hours available if eligible)

Top up sessions avalable for parents that require additional childcare but not eligible to receive the 30 hour entitlement. Sessions are charged at £22.50 per day for an additional morning/afternoon session (8.45am-11-45am or 12.30pm-3.30pm) and paid in advance via Parentpay prior to attending the session.
